Course and activity data: Lesson progress, seat time, identity-verification checkpoint activity, quiz scores, quiz attempt history, exam results, step completion data, certificate number and issuance data, time spent on course materials, and any other data generated through your use of the course. Communications: Messages, questions, and any other content submitted through our support system, chatbot, email, contact forms, or any other communication channel, including metadata associated with those communications. Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, clickstream data, cookies, and similar technologies collected automatically when you access our website. Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.
