Starting your Texas adult driver education course is quick. As soon as your enrollment is complete, you can log in and begin — there is no application packet to wait for and nothing to set up first.

Log in to your account at happydriversed.com and open your course dashboard. Click the first lesson to begin. The course is six hours of instruction organized into eight self-paced lessons covering Texas traffic laws, road signs, right-of-way, and safe driving. You can stop and resume any time — your progress is saved automatically.
What to Expect
Each lesson includes interactive content and short knowledge checks. To meet state requirements, the course tracks your active learning time and includes brief identity (personal validation) questions throughout. At the end, you take a comprehensive final exam. Pass it and finish the required time, and your Certificate of Completion becomes available to download.
Take Your Time
You do not have to finish in one sitting. The course is six hours total, and your access lasts 180 days (six months) from your purchase date, so you can fit it around your schedule.
