The most common reason: Mistyped email when purchasing the course
If you accidentally created an account with a typo in your email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or if you no longer have access to the email address, please contact us directly with the correct email.
The 2nd most common reason: Your email provider is your school and blocks outside messages
If you created an account with a school email address (example@AISD.org) they may block non school messages from being delivered, please contact us directly with an alternative email.
Other Reasons you are NOT receiving the reset email:
- Check your spam and other email filters.
- Search your email inbox.
- There may be delays with your email service provider.
